Scope Of Work
The Summer 2014 project consisted of demolition of existing HVAC units and associated ductwork located on the roof of seven elementary schools. One school received new energy e?cient boilers. Additionally, new energy e?cient cabinet unit heaters, along with a new air handler unit, were installed in another school.
In addition to the HVAC work, architectural features such as: new doors & frames, new overhead coiling doors, and new ceilings were installed to coincide with new Life Safety Code Compliance. A new noise reducing classroom partition in one school was installed, to included associated new structural steel and ceiling modifications.

Due to the expedited schedule to complete all the work during the summer, Troop coordinated all procurement of long? lead items to ensure delivery in time to meet all project schedule milestones. Working closely with the owner, architect, and manufacturers during the submittal process and procurement ensured successful completion of the project on?time.
