Wiley Randolph has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry.  As President, Wiley provides a background of leadership and management, in conjunction with his hands-on work  experience, resulting in long-term customer relationships and client satisfaction. 

 Co-Founder of Western Engineering Construction and Facilities, Inc., Yolanda holds the position  of Vice-President and Corporate Office Manager.  Yolanda has direct oversight and  responsibility for all Accounting, Human Resource, and General Administrative departments.

 As the Vice-President, she has established and influenced a positive corporate culture, which is an essential characteristic of the company.  For the past thirty years, Yolanda has been an integral part of the success and growth of Western Engineering Construction and she will continue to support its future expansion. 

Jennifer Tice joined Western Engineering Construction as a Project Manager in 2019 and she is a strong asset to the Team.  Jennifer has a diverse background in various market segments specializing in remodels, tenant improvements, and ground-up projects.  Jennifer’s responsibilities include account management and project execution. 

For thirty years, Marykay has been a successful Superintendent, Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, and Office Administrator for Western Engineering Construction.  Marykay’s diverse background has earned her a wealth of knowledge and experience in so many facets of our business. With her “can do” attitude, she is able to navigate through any situation with success. A true asset to our Team! 

 Mike Gistlinck has been a Project Manager with Western Engineering Construction for twenty-five plus years. During this time, Mike has managed and executed multi-site roll-out programs, remodels, and tenant improvement projects.  Mike is an integral member of the Team and has extensive knowledge and experience in the construction field 

Paul Spieckerman is the executive liaison for Western Engineering Construction and Facilities, Inc. client account services.  Paul provides corporate leadership and oversees construction services.  Paul has a diverse background in service to both corporate and owner-operated stores, including multi-site fast-track roll-out programs, remodels, tenant improvements and ground-up projects in various market segments.
