Scope Of Work
We were asked to provide a new DDC system for this 3-Story building, replacing a circa. 2000 Wattmaster BMS with a Johnson Controls Niagara 4 BACNet MS/TP system. Our solution involves the installation of new Viconics VT86 devices on older Water Source Heat Pumps, and a mechanical plant controls refresh.
