Scope Of Work
At the South Campus, 500 and 616 Building Energy Audit and improvement projects. I was sole-sourced as the engineer (not the company) while with Johnson Controls Orlando, and supervised my counterparts in other automation companies as a JCI employee, due to the professionalism and trust that this client had with me. From 1996 to 2003 I was written into the Hospital specifications by name and no other persons were allowed any work (new or service) unless it went through me.
