Scott is the Owner and is a hands on Contractor who loves what he
does. He started and learned the trades through the School of hard
knocks. At 15, he started full time working on a Framing Crew making
$3.35 per hour. He always wanted to be a Lawyer or an Architect, but
did not see that opportunity happening anytime soon, so he decided to
aggressively apply himself to the trades and learn as much as he
could. With in 6 months he became the crew leader, at the age of 17
he built his first house from the ground up, and before he was 21 he
started Vasko’s Quality Builders. The owner then earned his
Residential Builders License studying under the 1992 Cabo, the Owner
earned his Home Inspection License, the Owner went to school for his
Architectural & Engineering training, the Owner then earned his
General Contractors License. The Owner currently fills these Roles in
the Company: CEO, Estimator, Project Manager, and he still does jump
into the work from time to time. Whether you see him on the jobsite
or not, he is fully engaged with everything going on, with Remote
Project Management, educating and personally training all of the
workforce, and strategically planned site visits.
