Scope Of Work
The Clodfelter Road Middle School is being constructed to replace the aging Desert Hills Middle School. The new 110,000 sq. ft. building will be as aesthetically appealing as any school in the area. The school features a beautiful radius curtain wall system at both the library and administration areas. Structurally the school utilizes both CMU block and Structural Steel. The exterior envelope has both decorative block veneer and composite metal panels. The project features a football field and 4 baseball fields and to help better service the athletic programs of the community the school has two full size gymnasiums. The design incorporates parking lots for both school personnel as well as an off-site event parking lot. The project includes the extension/addition of Clodfelter road for better access to the area.
