The newest and first apartment complex in downtown Richland is nearing completion! This unique project is meeting the high demand for modern living in the heart of the city of Richland. Park Place Apartments will offer residents high-end, modern finishes throughout each unit, underground parking, electric car charging stations, sparkling pool with jacuzzi, state of the art fitness center, indoor/outdoor lounge, cafe, conference room, fire table, and blazing fast wifi. FGC is proud to represent this project, recognized as the first apartment complex in Tri-Cities to earn the National Green Building Standard Gold designation.
