Scope Of Work
Construction of a new administration building to consolidate services previously divided among two separate facilities. Services located in the building include four special-needs classrooms, computer lab, teaching kitchen, laundry facilities, board room, conference room, break room, 15 private offices, and ample storage for client records and event supplies. The design received a United States Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Gold certification.
