Todd Bennett is the Founder & Chairman of BDR, a diversified real estate development company specializing in innovative housing communities throughout the Puget Sound region. Mr. Bennett manages the formation of independent LLC’s to acquire real estate investment projects. Value is added to each project through a combination of development improvements and management efficiencies.

Eric Hardie is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities for all products that comprise the BDR Family of Companies. Mr. Hardie has primary responsibility to assure the BDR Companies obtain quality products and services at the best possible value. Mr. Hardie builds and maintains relationships with existing trade partners and vets/approves all potential new trade partners (see Vendor Application here). Mr. Hardie is responsible for negotiating vendor contracts, establish builder programs with manufacturers and suppliers, and identifying process improvements within all areas of purchasing.

James Dwyer is Vice President of Architecture for the BDR family of Companies. Mr. Dwyer manages the process of designing homes for speculative construction, custom home construction and homes built in resort communities. Once homes are designed, Mr. Dwyer coordinates the process of completing working drawings for each home and manages the process of submitting homes for building permit. In addition, Mr. Dwyer is responsible for completing new plans for the BDR Companies extensive plans library, incorporating the latest in design concepts.

Jeremy Smith manages and oversees real estate development projects for BDR Holdings, from land acquisition to bond closure. His responsibilities include feasibility studies (project economics, land use code interpretation), entitlements and all necessary interaction with government agencies, project team creation and coordination, and production oversight.

Joanie Topacio is the Office Manager for the BDR Family of Companies. Ms. Topacio organizes office operations and procedures, ensuring that BDR is always running smoothly.

Kieleann Cordon is the Project & Design Manager for BDR Urban. In her role, Ms. Cordon oversees the process of home design through product and material selections for all BDR Urban projects. In addition, she oversees the project as a whole from feasibility through project completion in her role as Project Manager. 

Lindsay Tooley is the Community Manager for BDR’s expanding Seattle (Urban) division. Through her on-site presence at BDR Urban model homes, she provides excellent customer service by informing visitors and customers about BDR’s exceptional quality, building processes, and upcoming homes currently under construction. Ms. Tooley actively collaborates with listing agents to ensure success with each listing. Additionally, she assists with Grand-Opening and local community events within the Seattle community.

Maksim Levchenko is the General Manager for BDR’s Eastside division, including Kirkland and Redmond. From project formulation and development, to the construction phase and home completion, Mr. Levchenko is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BDR’s new home communities throughout the Eastside.

Michael Waters is the General Manager for BDR’s Bellevue division, encompassing the regions acclaimed communities including Medina, Clyde Hill, Yarrow Point, and West Bellevue. From project formulation and development, to the construction phase and home completion, Mr. Water’s is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BDR’s new home communities throughout Bellevue.

Michelle Shur is Design Manager for BDR Homes. Ms. Shur oversees the process of home design and product selections for each BDR Homes project. Working with each home client on a one-on-one basis, Ms. Shur specializes in personalizing each home to a client’s unique specifications.

Pete Caro is the General Manager for BDR Urban, the Seattle division within the BDR Family of Companies. From project formulation and development, to the construction phase and home completion, Mr. Caro is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BDR Urban’s new home communities throughout Seattle.

Sarah Skryabnev is a Community Manager for BDR’s Seattle (Urban) division. Through her on-site presence at BDR Urban model homes, she provides excellent customer service by informing visitors and customers about BDR’s exceptional quality, building processes, and upcoming homes currently under construction. She also actively collaborates with listing agents to ensure success with each listing. Additionally, she assists with Grand-Opening and local community events within the Seattle community.

Tammy Ridlon is the Purchasing Manager for BDR Companies. Ms. Ridlon’s responsibilities include preparing and coordinating complete cost estimates for all phases of construction, trade vendor search as well as working closely with the Purchasing Coordinator.

Wendy Bragalone is the Vice President of Operations & Investor Relations. In her role, she oversees BDR projects from feasibility through project completion, ensuring smooth and efficient operation throughout all stages of the project and construction. She also works closely with BDR’s investors on current investment offerings and offerings in-development. 

Amy is a Development Manager for both BDR Homes and BDR Urban. Ms. Donlan’s recent experiences in land use planning and construction permitting allows her to anticipate process needs and proactively guide projects through the extensive permitting processes. This provides value based decision making at the earliest design stages which leads to enhanced homebuyer reception of the finished homes. Ms. Donlan is currently responsible for the creation and management of consultant teams and directing projects from start to finish including such critical aspects as the initial vision, design development, obtaining necessary entitlements and building permits, construction oversight, and finally sales & marketing oversight.

Stephanie Stetler is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for BDR Homes. In her role, she oversees the Community Managers for all BDR communities throughout the Puget Sound. She also handles special promotions and the planning and implementation of Grand-Opening and Brokers Open events.

Amanda Mikolasy oversees all functions of the accounting department which includes accounting processes, finance, initiatives, and department staff. She has overall responsibility for the financial statements and generates additional financial reports for management.

Kelly Faccone is responsible for overseeing all finance activities for BDR Companies.  She maintains relationships with financing partners, fulfills information requests, and provides quarterly company reporting.  In addition, she manages the budgeting process and provides strategic financial analysis on new and existing projects.

Kevin Hilpert is the Customer Care Manager for the BDR Family of Companies. Mr. Hilpert oversees customer satisfaction and warranty items for all BDR Homes customers.
