Scope Of Work
This 8,250 sf single story, three tenant retail building was the second and final phase of the project. MCCI, working directly for the property owner, was not only tasked with construction of the building shell but also responsible for the varied landlord improvements required by each tenant's lease.
The exterior of the building's wood frame structure is treated with a mix of vinyl siding and brick veneer with solid PVC trim. The full perimeter of the building's flat roof has raised parapet walls to visually hide the roof mounted HVAC equipment. Interior spaces were prepared for tenant fit-up with the installation of drywall partitions, bathrooms and additional sinks/drains as required by the individual tenants' lease terms.
