Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar is a fresh, vibrant, and fun Latin American restaurant, serving mojitos and bold-flavored food in Cleveland since 2007. Its bar earned a massive upgrade with this ambitious remodel, and the restaurant’s new colorful and stylish furnishings, better sound absorption, and a private dining room helped bring this bustling establishment to its full potential. With a brand new restaurant feel, the staff was refreshed and excited to serve its famous guacamole in the dining room with expanded guest seating capacity. The remodeled kitchen and bathrooms plus special event space all add up to a new dining experience with the same exceptional food and service customers have come to enjoy at Paladar.
