Working together with homeowners, architects, engineers, city/county officials, and subcontractors, they keep key goals in mind: communication and customer satisfaction, craftsmanship and design excellence, integrity and respect for the building industry, as well as historical and environmental sensitivity.

Madison Geer has been building, remodeling, and renovating custom homes (as well as commercial projects) in the Charlotte area for over twenty years. After graduating with a BA in Art from St. Andrews College, he moved to Charlotte where he formed Geer Enterprises and, later, Sterling Builders LLC.
