Scope Of Work
Carver Heights wanted to create a strong neighborhood to strengthen the sense of community. Evergreen Construction was able to help accomplish that by developing and constructing an 8,980 square foot, single-story building. A full-service Hospitality Industry Teaching Kitchen and Cafe was added as a second phase. The spacious building includes a convertible conference room/great room, a classroom seating 30, multiple individual offices, a dedicated community computer lab, multiple public bathrooms, a large vestibule area, and ample parking.
