Scope Of Work

UF Health Leesburg needed the ground-up construction of this 20,000-square-foot combined clinical practice and medical office space to better serve their growing community. Built on the occupied campus of UF Health Leesburg Hospital, this project was completed in just six months, one month ahead of schedule. This project underwent extensive value engineering by Evergreen, which reduced the cost by $400,000 from the original design.  Work included demolition of the existing buildings on the site, relocation of critical medical gas tanks and piping to other buildings, and relocation of the emergency generator. Doubling as a hurricane shelter, this building also includes a chiller plant.
