Scope Of Work
The Venetian Center at Venetian Gardens is a mixed-use community building located in a larger lakeside community park. A 20,000 square foot structure comprised of full-service kitchen, ballroom, meeting rooms/classrooms and restrooms, with sitework that included a new retention pond, lift station, surface parking, pedestrian bridge and extensive landscaping.
