Scope Of Work
To meet the needs of the growing South Lake County communities, Evergreen provided construction management services on Orlando Health South Lake Hospital’s Blue Cedar Medical Office Building. This project included constructing 6,000-square-feet of medical office tenant improvements. This Medical Office Shell Build Out included three suites. Evergreen also provided construction management services for the ground-up construction of the 20,000-square-foot Blue Cedar Medical Office Building itself, under a separate contract.
