Scope Of Work

Evergreen Construction knew that Orlando Health South Lake Hospital needed the same quality measures that are used to improve their doctors’ surgical performance in their new facility. This newly constructed 28,696 square foot facility is located on a large parcel immediately behind South Lake Hospital and was designed with specific program requirements in mind. Interventional program units, four operating rooms of varied sizes with supporting clean core and restricted corridors, as well as two large procedure rooms were constructed. The perioperative environment includes eight pre-operative bays, eight post-operative bays, four-phase II recliner bays, and a five-bed observational unit.
