It takes a superior team to deliver superior cardiac care and Evergreen Construction wanted to ensure UF Health The Villages 5th Floor Cardiac Rehab Center had a superior space to do what they do best. This project included the conversion of 12,000-square-feet of unused spaces, existing offices, and staff lounge to eight new patient rooms. These rooms are fully equipped with headwalls, critical, emergency power, medical gas systems, and ADA bathrooms.
