Scope Of Work

With Evergreen Construction’s help, UF now has a 26,000 square foot facility comprised of 20,000 square feet of clinical space and 6,000 square feet of medical shell space designated for future tenant improvements. The clinical space is equipped with sixteen beds, two of which are situated inside of state-of-the-art trauma bays. This well designed and built space also includes triage, resuscitation, respiratory therapy, a decontamination room, a pharmacy, bariatric capacities, STAT Lab, X-Ray center, a CT imaging center, medical gas systems, and an emergency generator.
