College friends Andy Hart and Jim Pekin founded Hart Construction in 1989. Since then, Hart Construction has maintained a strong reputation as a reliable and leading construction company in New Mexico. Based on the fundamentals of integrity, ingenuity and efficiency, we strive to take care of our clients regardless of their size. Our operating principle is that there is no project that we cannot build. Construction is what we do — it’s our passion.
