Intentional Contracting Inc. employs experienced office staff and field employees. Our goal has always been to identify talented people, give them room to grow, and retain quality people. At Intentional Contracting Inc., we will not send any employee to work on your home, interacting with your family that we would not feel comfortable sending to our own homes. We only retain honest trustworthy people with the utmost integrity and character.

Our Name

When the founder Matt Davis was contemplating a name for the company, he wanted the name to have meaning. Thinking of ways to get his philosophy of construction into one or two words that would brand the company, the word that kept coming into his mind was “Intentional.” This was a word that was very familiar to him when he worked as a field superintendent because he found himself telling carpenters and tradespeople to make their work look intentional (evenly spaced, evenly gapped, deliberate nail placement, angles matching angles) and pride going into every phase of the project. Intentional is a way of thinking more than a particular action. Our goal is to make your project look intentional in every detail. This is what separates us from most contracting firms.
