Scope Of Work
Located just one block from the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station, the new resort-style Aperture community seamlessly blends state-of-the-art amenities into a transit-oriented development neighborhood. The new six-story mid-rise apartment building features 421 rental units with two stories of below-grade parking (231,714 square feet) providing 589 spaces, and 5,047 square feet of retail.
