The five-story building features office and retail space as well as on-site parking and direct access to the adjacent Second Street Parking Deck. The design embraces the use of historically compatible materials while introducing technological innovation, with custom reclaimed wood from the Cape Fear River used in the lobby alongside an interactive TouchSource Directory. Located across from City Hall, the building incorporates a soaring entry, complementing the surrounding urban area of the central business district.
