Scope Of Work
The Storeroom Annex Building located at First Energy, W.H. Sammis Plant, Stratton, Ohio is a 41,920 sq.ft., two story building. The first floor was built to house 600 building trades craft workers for five years and then be converted into a storage warehouse for First Energy. The second floor was constructed as a business/office area with approximately 40 offices, four large restrooms, four open office areas and three conference rooms.
The Storeroom Annex Building was constructed in approximately eight months. Grae-Con served as General Contractor and Design/Builder on this project.
