Scope Of Work
Tunista Construction performed the renovation of an existing LOX facility to include replacement of an existing pre-engineered metal building and the expansion of an existing concrete driveway and concrete parking areas. The building’s architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems were designed and constructed to meet the UFC requirements and ensure that the building is safe and operational. The existing facility had one long driveway where cars had to back in, and the new driveway now makes it possible for cars to drive all the way through.
The building renovation included partition walls for a separate office area, a wider locker room, a temperature and humidity controlled laboratory, and a Class B “Clean Room.” We are proud to continue to our work with the JRIC team at NAS NOLA and in support of their mission critical objectives.
