Scope Of Work

This restaurant contributed to Gloucester's plan to revitalize its waterfront  included a portion  a new public pedestrian promenade along Harbor Cover. Several exterior aspects    required working around  tide  while complying with  conservation commission rules  regulations.

We took this  over, which was riddled with defects, behind   over budget. We had to deconstruct, repair  reconstruct much   previous  to meet  codes  C.E. Floyd standards. No time extension could be granted, because  restaurant had to be finished before its liquor  expired.
