5 Park is a 2.82-acre redevelopment project at 16955-17071 West Dixie Highway in North Miami Beach. The existing four-building complex will undergo a comprehensive transformation into a 43,000 square-foot lifestyle center featuring creative tenant s that blend seamlessly with the outdoors, second floor terraces, pedestrian-friendly walkways, thoughtful landscaping with engaging green spaces, Instagram-worthy interactive areas and  art. Located on West Dixie Highway from 170th to 172nd Street, Developer Macken Companies has unveiled a new contemporary urban design through the collaboration of award-winning RSP Architects and well-respected landscape architectural design firm, Witkin Hults Design Group. 5 Park will create a vibrant downtown core with a variety of restaurants, health and wellness studios and a distinct selection of retailers. VCM Builders has been named the Owner’s Rep for 5 Park and is providing extensive oversight.
