Scope Of Work

Checkout the  Reynolds Construction project on Newburyport Landing, a 15 unit condominium complex on a 6 acre site with beautiful river frontage and views. 3 of the 7 total buildings on site are new builds by R.C.S. Inc. that blend seamlessly into the coastal setting.  4 buildings underwent extensive renovations, including a home originally constructed in 1690 and a barn that was relocated within the development.

R.C.S. Inc. worked cooperatively and efficiently with the necessary channels to follow historical preservation guidelines.  The condominiums are comprised of 2 and 3 bedroom units with patios and balconies, and the entire complex contains 45,000 square feet of living space.  Additional outbuildings include detached garages and maintenance structures.
