Scope Of Work
Reynolds Construction Services started renovations on an existing building at 8 Harrison Avenue in Boston in November of 2016. The top three floors of the eight-story building, now have 46 residential apartments. Of the 46 units, there are 18 studios, 20 one-bedrooms units, and eight two-bedroom units. Additional to the apartments, a contemporary residential lobby with a new mail room, a trash and recycling center, a bike storage room as well as tenant storage space on the ground floor has been created. The project was February of 2018.
