It is with great pleasure that Diane and I forward this letter of recommendation on behalf of Rob Perotti and Safe Harbor Construction Group.

Rob built our house from June 2015 till December 2015 on Long Beach Island and was instrumental in assisting us through every phase of construction. He created a new floor plan based on his existing plans to fit our 40’ x 100’ lot and provided architectural expertise to ensure the house was built to current standards post hurricane Sandy.

Rob is very knowledgeable regarding construction codes and was able to have our house pass all necessary inspections in a timely manner during the construction process. And, when issues arose, he was diligent and collaborated with the Ship Bottom boro construction official to resolve them quickly. In addition, Rob provided us with a final Certificate of Occupancy at the end to ensure we met the obligations of the RREM and ICC grant criteria.

Also, his office staff was very helpful and assisted us with providing the necessary paperwork for the RREM and ICC grants making a challenging project move forward smoothly and without delays.

On a personal note, Rob has the ideal personality to work well with customers. He made himself available frequently to answer questions and reassured us when we had concerns during construction. One of his strengths is that he keeps his customers well informed throughout the project.

We invite any potential future customer to visit our home as it is a great example of Safe Harbor’s construction quality and attention to detail.

"We purchased our home on blueprint only and had no worries because it gave us the dimensions of the rooms and it had all that we wanted.

Upon purchasing our home, our Realtor Dawn Rainforth had previously met with the Rob the builder and she found him to be honest and straight forward and she got a good feeling from him. When we met him, we felt the same way.

The reason I’m expressing this is because you should be able to trust both the Realtor and the builder. Dawn was right,.

Rob was patient and always wanted to please us and accommodate us. If we wanted to change something or move something like an Island In the kitchen he did what we wanted.

The experience from purchasing a home built from the ground up is exciting. We had the opportunity to choose our fixtures, some socket placements and we purchased our lighting fixtures and the builders electrician was accommodating enough to hang them for us.

If the cabinet was not put in the proper place Rob made sure that it was taken care of right away. Rob always kept in touch with us with any changes and updates. We visited the house frequently and took photos every time we came down to visit so that we would be able to see the progress.

We also had a few upgrades done to the home, some had a little snag but immediately corrected. I felt confident because we knew Rob would correct, fix or change with no problem.

The final outcome was beautiful. We would definitely work with Rob."

When I first met Rob Perotti, I was looking for a modular house because I believed that modular houses would cost less than a stick built house. Rob said that that was not true and he could prove it to me.

Rob was right. Several features that I wanted were optional with the modular houses but were standard features with the stick built house that Safe Harbor Construction provided, therefore costing me less for the stick built house compared to a comparable modular house.

The stick built house that Rob provide me is a better built house than a modular house. Also Rob was willing to put into writing the features that I wanted change. Rob provided every thing that he said he would and was a pleasure to work with.

I strongly recommend Safe Harbor Construction for a new house and/or any addition that you may want.

 Everyday I close my eyes hoping to find my way home, Rob and his family at Safe Harbor Construction Group has made this possible for my family.We started off a few days after Hurricane Sandy not knowing which direction to choose, we lost everything. Like many in our neighborhood we had been left with no help and no direction to turn. Time had past and thoughts of our future proceeded to get worse. It came to a day were we almost gave up and walked away from everything and let the mortgage company figure it all out and move on. Then I met Rob. Things changed for the best at that point. He gave me hope he gave me promise in a great future. 
         Rob and his family (Shannon, Harry, and Paul) have undoubtedly been my angels throughout all of this. They all have honor in what they do, belief in what they do is the best around, integrity when things get difficult, they put their huge hearts into each and everything they do, and they put details into everything in your new home that transforms the every day things into Art. Not only have they made my dreams come true but they have also given me new dreams to look forward too in my new home. They exceeded anything that I could picture in my mind. They have been there for me any time I asked. 
          When you are looking for a new home or simply home improvements it’s hard to find someone you can trust. This I know all too well because of the storm. I have met with 20 or more contractors. Some where good people just way over the top with pricing, some weren’t so nice, some wouldn’t even return my phone calls. If you are looking for someone who is honest, responsive, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and has fair pricing, then you have to use Rob and his family at Safe Harbor Construction Group. They are in my opinion the front runners in this great community rebuild. Thank you Safe Harbor Construction from the bottom of my heart. You have a customer, and a friend for the rest of your life.
