Scope Of Work
On a beautiful windswept point overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sits this replica of a French manor. Collaborating with Michael Weishan, landscape designer, we did an exterior renovation as well as major site improvements. The team created a series of terraces, landings, and stairways to help visitors navigate and enjoy the sloping and dramatic location. It's interesting to note that while the cliff on the property is 40 feet high, the grade from the street to the cliff is also 40 feet.
