Long-term clients. Repeat business. It equals a firm’s success. One of our longest-term clients owns a portfolio of Midwest properties. The Fairfield Inn Collinsville, IL is one of them. The Algiere Companies were excited to return to the greats state of Illinois. We recently renovated this property by updating the lobby, guestrooms and exterior to meet the most current brand elements of the Fairfield Inn, one of Marriott’s iconic and second longest running flags. Fairfield’s new brand design pays homage to the brand’s origins at the Fairfield Farm, Fairfield. The new décor package—though described as forward-thinking—has elements that pay homage to the brand’s heritage. Key elements include a contemporary farmhouse table in the lobby, photography from the Fairfield Farm serving as artwork in the lobby and guestrooms, natural materials and textures incorporated throughout the design and a history wall in every property showcasing the brand’s roots.
