Salude Transitional Care Center is an orthopedic rehabilitation facility providing high-level clinical care in transitional recovery and post-acute services. This facility houses 64 private rooms along with doctors on staff as well as rehabilitation rooms offering dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful, scenic views and mechanized roller shades. Included in each private room you find a custom built-in wardrobe and vanity, Florentine-style glazed porcelain bathrooms and stainless-steel fixtures.
