Scope Of Work
New construction of a 2-story, 23,500 SF Medical Office Building. Base building construction includes site work, underground site utilities, asphalt parking lot, concrete foundations, structural steel framing, waterproofing, brick veneer, interior and exterior finishes, passenger elevator, fire sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Includes full interior tenant improvement build-out of the first floor for use as medical office space.
