Scope Of Work
Shallowford Storage is a 3-story, 113,450 sf facility with 867 total storage units. An existing US Mail sorting facility on the property was demolished to allow for the new structure. The new building facade is full height brick on all sides, with aluminum storefront window systems and engineered canopies. Design-build services were provided for structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, electrical and low voltage systems.
