Student residence featuring 160 rooms, 346 beds, cafe & dining area, multi-purpose room, lounges, resident manager apartments, roof deck, articulated exterior wall featuring plaster, cement board, brick and Trespa Panels.
Our team enhanced the student-life culture by shifting square footage from private dorm spaces to increase community-life spaces.
