Scope Of Work
40,000 sf high-end creative office space and over 60,000 sf of manufacturing and distribution space and a 4 story parking structure. The open architecture is accentuated with glass walled offices, state-of-the-art conference rooms, project rooms featuring Clarus Glass marker boards, and uniquely designed collaborative employee work spaces. Distinctive features include demising walls with Pulp Studio glass using “dot gradation technology,” aluminum screen walls, interior metal panels, expansive arrays of storefront glass and Arcadia sliding glass wall systems, exposed trusses and spiral duct. Terrazzo flooring all public areas emphasize the open architecture and abundance of natural light . This Gold project incorporates a number of energy saving features including roof-top solar-panels, photometric sensors, and an electric vehicle recharging station.
