Scope Of Work
Scope: Total project: 51,132 sf/2 Stories
First floor tenant improvements: 28,082 sf, second floor tenant improvements, mezzanine: 23,050 sf
Tilt-up office building converted into a 2-story creative office and warehouse space. New structural steel mezzanine, added mechanical units, upgraded electrical service, full chef’s kitchen in break room, large gym, exterior patio area with water feature and chef’s BBQ. A unique feature – an interior playground slide for personnel to quickly get from second floor to the first floor.
