Core + Shell, Tenant Improvements
across the street from the main hospital campus, this building will house a cancer treatment center and related outpatient services. This represents the second MOB on campus that Millie and Severson has built for Pacific Medical Buildings.
2-story concrete tilt-up with a steel superstructure inside the concrete exterior walls, seismically tied to the concrete skin. The Linear Accelerator is a free-standing and separate building element.
