Scope Of Work
Scope: 20,677 sf – Synagogue + Sanctuary
New synagogue, sanctuary renovation + expansion, Kosher kitchen, Beit Midrash, social hall, youth lounge, classrooms, offices.
Complete renovation of existing synagogue including new exterior façade, interior structural framing, MEP, partial new roof structure while maintaining existing exposed truss and beam system and existing 70 year old brick building and adding reinforcing structured steel. Interior features laser cut panels, floor to ceiling high end shelving, radius decorative structural steel entry stair with glass, elevator and separate material lift. Entry features large architectural circular high ceiling rotunda with high-end wood accents. New social hall, Beit Medrash, kitchen, sound-attenuating bi-fold panels.
