NuJak provided at-Risk services for the of a 5,392 SF Buena Vida Food Court housing separate state-of-the-art kitchen facilities for three national restaurant brands—Back Yard Burgers, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and Papa Johns Pizza at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL.
The new facility has a shared restaurant area of 2,155 SF with a seating capacity of 181.
