Scope Of Work
Lincoln Property Company chose Hannan Construction for a large-scale building revitalization at Lenox Center. Revitalization efforts included adding a new elevator to the property, renovating the existing building elevators, as well as renovating the main and secondary building lobbies. The project expanded to include a renovation of the building exterior and a concierge child care facility on the terrace level.
