Scope Of Work
Low Country Painting, LLC was contracted to repaint the exterior metal siding accent band due to fading. The scope consisted of priming with a DTM primer and applying a two coat finish using the client's preferred paint supplier STO acrylic.
On the interior, Low Country Painting performed minor point up and interior painting of existing gypsum walls where the client was encountering issues with grease and grime from their operations. Low Country Painting, LLC recommended using a Pre-Catalyzed epoxy coating to withstand repeated cleaning as the space serves two functions of customer service area in addition to maintenance operations. The paint system on the interior has been proven successful as the walls appear fresh looking even after a good amount of time has past since completion in July 2023.
