This $15,018,000 military design/build project consisted of approximately 75,000 s.f. of vehicle maintenance and support facilities housed in four main buildings. The Vehicle Maintenance Facilities project included administrative areas, vehicle maintenance bays with overhead cranes, small items repair area, weapons vaults and parts storage area. This facility houses the new Striker Battalion.
Osborne was responsible for the overall design and construction of the project, including coordination of the design of the project with the architect and consulting engineers.
The project included site development of approximately 38 acres and included all water, sewer, storm and other utilities which Osborne self-performed to service the facility. In addition to the sitework and utilities, Osborne self-performed structural concrete and slabs, miscellaneous steel, finish carpentry and joint sealants.
