Scope Of Work
This $19,009,000 project consisted of the construction of a new combined K-12 elementary / secondary school including site improvements, utilities and fuel tank farm. The new 67,000 s.f. one-story wood/steel framed building on driven steel H piles is located on a 6.8 acre school site. The new school includes new classrooms, administration offices, gymnasium and kitchen facilities.
Osborne was not only responsible for the overall construction of the project, but also self performed all civil and utility work, all concrete and piling work, framing, interior finishes and finish carpentry. Osborne fulfilled stringent local and minority goals for the construction of this project.
