Osborne Construction's work consisted of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the deferred maintenance, code correction, and modernization of the original Duckering Building. Utilities serving the buildings within and adjacent to the project area were inpacted during various phases of construction. Shut down of the Main Campus Utilidor was required for connection of the new upgraded utilities.
