Scope Of Work

This $2,890,000 project consisted of additions and renovations to an owner occupied seven-story luxury condominium high-rise building on Alki Point in Seattle.  The scope of work included demolition, major underground utilities, major foundation concrete work, repair of existing structural system, auger cast piling, structural steel framing, exterior insulation and finish system, high grade cabinets and millwork, major mechanical and electrical work, granite tile and slab granite, ceramic tile, aluminum handrail, concrete water ponds and fountains.

As general contractor, Osborne Construction Company was responsible for the estimate/cost saving proposals through performance of the work.  Osborne Construction Company self-performed the concrete work, the selective demolition, material handling and the aluminum windows and doors.
