Project Type: Site Development/Restoration
This project consisted of conversion of two incomplete nuclear power plants into a commercial business park. Conversion includes two reactor buildings, two cooling towers, two auxiliary buildings, turbine generator building, utility systems and miscellaneous offices and warehouses. Work includes completion of buildings; design and installation for completing systems, structures and repairs; design and construction of a roof for Reactor Building 3; design and modification of building drain systems; and removal of slabs, temporary buildings and debris.
