In order to form the best possible project team for construction of the SpringHill Suites, Osborne Construction Company teamed with Halvorson Construction Group to form H-O Constructors, LLC. This team combined Osborne’s resources and experience organizing and managing complex projects with Halvorson’s expertise in constructing limited service hotels. The SpringHill Suites is part of the Marriot family of brands and is located at Flamingo Crossings Boulevard near Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. In addition to the construction of SpringHill Suites, Osborne was responsible for the Development Services of the entire property including more than 400 suites, 4,700 square-foot outdoor resort-style pool, 1,700 square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center and bar and grill. The hotels opened up on February 12, 2016.
