Scope Of Work

The Donor Alliance Recover Center Remodel project was executed in three phases to ensure the organ recovery center and its surgery center could remain operational throughout construction. Phase I: Move existing call center from its previous space to a temporary location within the facility and relocate electrical and data infrastructure so the call center could remain operational. Phase II: Upgrade facility locker rooms, restrooms and freezer area along with upgrading finishes. Phase III: Finish upgrades and re-route the main corridor serving the surgery center. Due to the highly sensitive nature of the work done in the center, the highest levels of cleanliness were maintained throughout construction.
